The Port Dover Sailors are excited to announce the signing of Ryan Vannetten and Michael Vanacker!
Vannetten brings a wealth of hockey experience, having previously played in the OHL with the Niagara IceDogs and most recently with the Chatham Maroons. The Simcoe, Ontario native is a right-shot defenseman who adds skill, leadership, and a strong presence on the blue line.
Vanacker returns to the Sailors after previously wearing the blue and white from 2021–2024, and we couldn’t be more excited to add his experience and skill back to our offensive lineup. Standing 6’0” and 170 lbs, the Langton, Ontario native is ready to make an impact once again in Port Dover.
We’re thrilled to welcome Ryan to the Sailors family, and welcome back Michael to the crew.
